Available in a range of shades, from deep black to rich chestnut, this specialist cream provides smudge-proof and waterproof colour that lasts up to six weeks. Formulated with professional ingredients, this product makes it easier than ever to enhance fair brows and lashes without a trip to the salon. Suitable for all skin types and hair colours, mix 2cm of the tint with either 10 drops of the Oxidant 3% Liquid or 15-20 drops of the Oxidant 3% Cream to form a smooth paste. Apply to the brows and/or lashes.
