The hips for the organic rose oil are harvested sustainably from wild collection at the foothills of the Andes, and the precious essential oil mix has been fine-tuned so it’s slightly lighter, with the addition of delicate geranium and the warm jasmine-like tones of ylang ylang to balance and complement the exquisite damask rose. The lotion is NATRUE certified natural, with 84% organic content. Weleda source the nourishing rose oil from wild rosehips sustainably harvested (certified collection) in the foothills of the Andes without the need for large scale machinery. Whilst the fragrant essential oil is from organic Damask roses grown by our long-term fair trade project in Isparta, Turkey, involving 300 small-scale farmers. Suitable for vegans.
